In the DisplayFusion Desktop Wallpaper window, could you check the Adjustments tab to see if you have the "Flip image vertically" checkbox enabled? If so, disable that and you should be all set.
Thanks!

I had the same issue that's been discussed here about Windows 8.1 changing the scaling of my backgrounds and have resolved that issue. I'm currently using DisplayFusion Pro on my system. I have two displays (one HP monitor hooked up to a Sony Vaio laptop) and the wallpaper on the laptop display is flipped vertically (it's upside down). However, the display itself isn't flipped, as the taskbar is still at the bottom of the screen and the mouse works properly on that display. No matter what image I choose for the laptop display, I have this problem of the background being flipped.

Anyone else having this issue? Anyone with any ideas?
