Steps to reproduce:

Have DF Taskbar set to vertical orientation

Align Start button at bottom

In Start10 use either the "Modern Style" or "Windows 7 Style"

The resulting Start menu does not display in the correct position, but is shifted off screen. I cannot test this with the Windows Taskbar of course because there is no option to move the Start Button on the Windows Taskbar.
