It's an interesting idea, but unfortunately Windows handles the wall paper transitions, so it's not something we can implement.

The reason for this is I switch my wallpaper every 10 seconds and I thought the switch from another was too fast.
I think it would be a cool suggestion if there isn't a way to to this already.
