Reasonable that it shouldn't be able to activate that monitor, but perhaps could fail more gracefully.

Only started happening after updating to the latest beta this morning.
i've sometimes noticed in (beta 5) that the profile switching doesnt work sometimes, but switching to the profile a 2nd time always worked.

Downgraded to 9.5 and the problem went away. ]]>
