In File Explorer, paste this into the address bar and press Enter: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\
Delete the "TranscodedWallpaper" file in that folder
Reboot the machine
Try applying the DisplayFusion wallpaper

Unfortunately, I don't have TeamViewer installed on this machine. I'm having an issue with the latest versions of Displayfusion (both stable and beta) not updating the wallpaper. It's getting stuck with an old wallpaper that I had used before.
