Then, you need to create triggers and functions. I guess the devs could add a an if=else (detect a docked laptop) option within triggers under Frequency or Actions. Otherwise, you can setup display profiles and call out the trigger for which application window goes where. I have four displays and it works quite well, even when I disconnect one of them.

This is the feature I downloaded DisplayFusion for, but apparently it's not actually implemented.
Switching monitor setups seems like the obvious use case for window position save / restore, but without per-monitor profile saves, you'll always be stuck manually arranging windows on all but one profile.

Window Manager appears to have per-profile window save / restore with triggers, though the overall polish of the site is not confidence-inspiring.

The function to Save Window Positions, is there any way to save this by profile?

I use a laptop at work with multiple monitors as well as at home with multiple monitors. Ideally, I'd like to be able to hit Save Window Positions (Work) at work and Save Window Positions (Home) at home.

When I dock my laptop at either location without rebooting, I'd like to be able to hit the respective button and it restore window positions based on that location's saved window positions. This is on Windows 7 Enterprise.

Thanks!
