It doesn't have to be a feature in the application itself, but a key to modify the setting in the registry would work as well. I second this, though I don't think DF is getting any feature additions. About half the programs I run on XP sport the new Vista/W7 style buttons and my only option to keep DFs buttons from laying on top is to turn off DFs titlebar buttons for those apps.
