1. Let us set up a list of apps which, when they have focus, will lock the mouse cursor into the windows. This will be helpful for games, to avoid accidentally moving the mouse to another window. Should be configurable to include or exclude the title bar/edges.

2. Provide an option to, when an app goes full screen, change the taskbars on other monitors from Relevant Windows to All Windows, so that apps can't be entirely hidden behind the fullscreen app.
