<description><![CDATA[Win + Arrow keys are built-in Windows hotkeys, so we're not able to override those.
What you could do is create Custom Functions (see Working with Custom Functions) for those sizes/locations, and then assign other key combinations to them (e.g. Ctrl + Alt + Left/Right).
