Sounds like you have something running DisplayFusionCommand.exe on startup. Check your startup folder (Win + R, shell:startup, OK). If there's nothing there, check Windows Scheduled Tasks as well.<br/>

You can also check the Startup tab in the Windows Task Manager to see if DisplayFusionCommand.exe is listed there as well.<br/>
