It appears the problem was Zone Alarm Free Firewall - I uninstalled that and now everything works again!

Teatimer on Spybot S&D, My Lockbox, and Zone Alarm are the only programs that differ from what my school computer & my home computer have installed. It functions the same as the Smartboard - when the start button is clicked on that monitor the start menu that opens & displays is on the primary (laptop) screen instead.

I have considered trying to uninstall and reinstall Displayfusion, but that would be a difficult process, as my laptop is currently at the school and to take it home would not be an easy task. Furthermore, my Displayfusion account / installation is via Steam and I don't want to log on to my Steam account on that computer any longer (privacy concerns at work.)

The debug file that I attached was completed while the smartboard *was* on and attached. The taskbar / startmenu that I was pressing was the taskbar on the 2nd monitor (smart board.)
