My guess would be that their code is still assuming that there's no taskbar on the second monitor (as would have been the case in Windows 7), so it's setting up the window using the screen resolution of the monitor, instead of using the "work area." When an application queries for the work area instead of the screen resolution, Windows returns the size of the monitor, less the size of any docked windows (taskbars, etc).

Long story short, hopefully the AutoDesk folks will be able to fix it up in an update

When you start AutoCAD 2016 it starts behind the task bar and you have to move or minimize then maximize the program to get it to fit properly.

I have contacted AutoCAD on this and they believe it has to do with Display Fusion.

Any help on resolving this would be great.
