Ok, that would definitely point to a problem with how AutoCAD is setting up its windows when it starts up. My guess would be that their code is still assuming that there's no taskbar on the second monitor (as would have been the case in Windows 7), so it's setting up the window using the screen resolution of the monitor, instead of using the "work area." When an application queries for the work area instead of the screen resolution, Windows returns the size of the monitor, less the size of any docked windows (taskbars, etc).<br/>

Long story short, hopefully the AutoDesk folks will be able to fix it up in an update <img src="https://www.displayfusion.com/MediaCommon/SVGs/FontAwesome/face-smile.light.svg" alt=":)" style="box-sizing:border-box;position:relative;overflow:hidden;vertical-align:middle !important;width:16px;height:16px;" HelpButtonData=":)" HelpButtonDataAlign="BelowMiddle" /><br/>

We have 3 monitors, 2 use Display Fusion for the customization you can do to the task bar.<br/>
