DISREGARD - issue solved by display extension configuration

I have an IOGEAR USB 3.0 to HDMI External Video Card (GUC3025HW6) plugged directly into the pc running Windows 10 Pro. The
video card is ATI Firepro V7800, driver 15.201.2401.1010, connected to 2 monitors by displayport cables. The pc detects the GUC3025HW6 connected by HDMI to a Panasonic Viera TV. But it will only display the desktop wallpaper. There is no option to mirror or clone one of the monitors. I've downloaded and installed all the latest drivers for USB 3.0, the internal video card, and the External Video Card.

Monitors 1 and 2 offer the configuration option to clone with 1 or 2. Monitor 3 only gives option to enable or disable.

I've contacted ATI and DisplayLink tech support with no solution.

How can I get the TV to mirror or clone one of the monitors?
