I may have not searched correctly, but please just point me at the right solution if this is a double request...

It would be very nice if you could add a dropdown to the "Launch Application" function to allow us to select how we'd like to start an application:

Normal
Minimized
Maximized
Hidden
Specific location and/or size

That's how I am doing it now, but it's distracting sometimes when it pops-up and then minimizes in to the taskbar...

It'd be nice if we could just decide that when the app launches... Hence the feature request...

I understand how that could cause issues, but the normal/max/min options are parameters you can pass in the Windows API call to begin with, the other two will probably be more involved, but I'd be happy with just the minimized option TBH.
From experience however (I was a dev myself a long long time ago, when I was still a young dog) it typically makes more sense to do a change request like this properly from the get go that to do one small thing and then have to expand on it later...
