Hello! I am absolutely loving my copy of DisplayFusion, but I did noticed a strange little issue that comes up when I use the gradient wallpaper feature. I will get a very annoying single pixel wide column of whatever color I have selected as the primary (in the example you can see that's red, with black selected as the background), which seems to only pop-up on the far left side of my screen. If I flip the gradient 180 degrees I don't notice the same issue on the right side of my screen -- it only seems to want to do this on the left side of my primary monitor. I also just tried flipping it so the background color is red, and the gradient color is black, and it gives me the exact same single pixel column, IF I flip it 180 degrees with those settings. In other words, it looks the same as having the settings set as black background, with red gradient, at 0 degrees rotation. Either way, you get this issue, and colors selected don't matter either, as I tried selecting many different combos.

The first place I went to fix this was the adjustments tab in the same wallpaper settings window. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work for gradients with no wallpaper image; changing the horizontal, vertical, scaling, etc., it all resulted in no change when hitting apply. There just doesn't seem to be a way to adjust the placement of the gradients at all, other than the rotation angle.

Well, sorry for the long post, just figured I'd see if anyone had any ideas on how to fix it :) Thanks!

That's strange indeed! Could you send me a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:

  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button
  • Reply with the file attached

Thanks!
