I have an annoying problem where DisplayFusion seems to be locking some DirectShow decoding filters on my system for MPEG2 and MPEG4 decoding and demuxing. I have a build step in VisualStudio which is updating these files (which are registered in this location) and it fails unless I quit DisplayFusion.
I'm not sure why DisplayFusion is discovering and then using these decoders and not releasing the graphs - perhaps for handling animated screensavers, though nothing like that is happening at this moment and the settings are not even open - but I would appreciate an advanced setting to fix this issue somehow, if one does not exist.

...and of course I think it is already there - is the option for 'precaching of audio files' responsible ?
