It appears that the displayfusion taskbar is having some sort of font issue, maybe it's cleartype related.

DisplayFusion Taskbar (image is not stretched or altered)

Which Windows theme are you using? I would like to test it out here. Also, what setting do you have for font smoothing: ClearType, Standard or None?

I'm using the following Windows theme: http://lassekongo83.deviantart.com/art/SlanXP-Visual-Style-43414726

My font smoothing setting is set to: ClearType

All of which are running on XP SP3.

I have the theme installed on Windows XP SP3 and it looks great for me. Did you install the 2 fonts that came with the theme? I believe they are "calibri.ttf" and "calibribold.ttf". If those fonts are missing then the buttons will definetely render with some strange results, because of font substitution.
