Hi, I'm using DP on Windows 10. I'm noticing many third party applications nowadays (such as Steam, Discord, Spotify, or Epic Games Launcher) use a dark background. Well, this conflicts with the default theme of Windows 10, which is bright white titlebars and backgrounds.

The problem lies in choosing whether to change the default windows theme to a dark one (which is currently experimental and problematic btw), or changing the titlebar buttons to a white color instead.

I propose an alternate solution - Compatibility options that pertain to the "titlebar button colors", or "titlebar button background colors". For instance, the "Epic Games Launcher" background is so dark that I have to strain in order to see the black icons. I would like to invert them to white for *only* that program.

Additionally, some applications let you set a JPG/PNG/etc as a background wallpaper which also affects the programs titlebar. In this instance, neither black nor white would be acceptable because of the huge luminosity changes in certain background wallpapers. I propose letting you add a customizable background color behind the title bar icons to allow for pretty much all scenarios. A titlebar BG of Black with an alpha of 50% would work great for white icons... and a white BG with 50% alpha would work great for black icons.
