I've booted up this morning and all my HotKey settings have been reset/lost which is most odd and frustrating. I know (without a doubt) that I didn't click the Reset All HotKeys button FWIW.

I've had this before where Windows loses my user configuration settings, I'm not sure why it happens and as it only happens rarely doesn't bother me too much but could we have an "Export HotKeys" option so I can back them up, avoiding having to re-type them all in again.

Also, can you allow us to alter the 75% setting as I would prefer it to be 85% so have had to add another rule (which seems a little silly).

I think I can help with the 'export' part for now. You can export your registry settings from: HKCU\BinaryFortress\DisplayFusion\

Export the whole folder to a .REG file and open it using notepad. You can delete everything except the 'custom' keys.
Your reg file should then like something like the following example:

In the event DFP looses his custom keys, you can double click this reg file and all your custom keys are back. It's the simplest and most efficient method at this moment. At least you don't have to retype all your custom hot-keys

If you aren't familiar with the registry editor or simply need a full backup of your settings, run this command in Start-Run:

You will find a file named DisplayFusionSettings.reg on your desktop to work with (or simply double click to write back content into registry).

Hey, Jon, thanks, I never thought about disabling existing keys to make my own using the same combination. I guess I should take the time to RTFM, eh?

Glad to know that 3.0.3 is on its way - I know a lot of folks are gonna love it - especially those that I keep mentionin this software to over at sevenforums.com, where I am a moderator and provide some modicum of tech support when I can.

Ops, didn't realise I wasn't getting email notifications. Thanks for sorting this -and the tip about exporting the keys, as it happens, I was reading another thread about tweaking hidden settings shortly after posting and found the reg settings. Will make sure I've got a backup -it's amazing how fast you start to like using certain combos
