While Windows 7's features make a quick launch bar almost obsolete, I use True Launch Bar to create menus for myself. I used to be able to add toolbars to the secondary taskbar, but DisplayFusion doesn't support that yet. I'd really like to see this implemented.

I actually bought True Launch Bar back when if first came out and still have it on XP. Not much need on W7.

A sweet tab launcher you might check out is sTabLauncher (google it and see attached). It will change your life. Tucks up out of the way to only show the tabs. Free too. Now I no longer use TrueLaunchBar.
