To clarify the expected behavior:

Sticky Snapping Off: Window snaps after you release the mouse button (original DF snapping behavior)
Sticky Snapping On: Window (visually) snaps when in specificed pixel range of another window or screen border without releasing mouse button

Basically, snapping works, but Sticky Snapping does not (if the above is the way it's supposed to work). Any ideas?

Thanks

Yep, that's the way it should work :)

Under Control Panel > System > Advanced > Performance Settings, do you have the "Show window contents while dragging" option enabled?

See the attached screenshot for reference.

Thanks!

That did it! I had that option disabled. Enabled and now sticky snapping works beautifully - thank you!

Edit: Is this supposed to also work on MDI windows?

Yep, it should work on MDI windows as well.

Ok - doing some testing. In an MMC window, the MDI child windows snap to the main window but not to each other. Bug or expected behavior? Thanks!

Ah! I hadn't noticed that before! I've added it to our list.

Thanks!
