Sadly, it made no difference. When I am in a random program like Paint Shop and hold ALT-TAB, I get:

but if I go to Visual Studio then hold ALT-TAB, having closed no programs, I only see:

It only gives me the option to ALT-TAB to programs that are on the main display. I have it set to show all windows:

EDIT: I noticed something. If I ALT-TAB, I don't see other monitor programs. But if I keep pressing it, they suddenly appear:

In the video I hold ALT and hit TAB, then do nothing then in a couple seconds I hit TAB again whilst ALT is still held down. In other programs it doesn't do this. So it's not so much that it won't ever show the programs on other displays, it just doesn't show them until I continue tabbing. Thanks a lot. It's great it can be reproduced; I hate when a client calls me and is like "yea, when I click this, it does that" and I screw with it for an hour and just can't get it to happen. I have another ALT-TAB annoyance. Not as bad as before when it would randomly drop me to the desktop, but almost heh. Sometimes when I ALT-TAB, there are no other window options save what I am on. If I let go and try again, they all appear. Any idea what's going on?

For now, I "fixed" it by disabling DisplayFusion's handling of ALT-TAB. Windows stock A-T though uses huge screen shots, I like my DF config better so I'm hoping there is a way to fix this :)
