I wanted to follow up on our discussion regarding the issue with dragging items between monitors. Initially, I was sure DisplayFusion was the cause, but out of the blue, I realized the problem was actually due to Logitech Gaming Software, not DisplayFusion.

Here are the steps:

  • On the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal"
  • Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Reply with the file attached
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

Display Fusion is the cause of that hicup.

Nah. My issue is consistent. It's about swapping activity among monitors. If I am clicking around on monitor X, the first click on monitor Y, if it's a drag operation, fails, dropping the object after a few milliseconds.
