You can disable the transparency using the "Taskbar > Disable Windows Aero Taskbar Transparency" option in the Advanced Settings.

In the Window that opens, click on 'Taskbar' in the left hand pane.

How do I disable the taskbar transparency ? I use "StartIsBack" and for the the first monitor I have disabled it (the transparency) from "StartIsBack". On the second monitor the taskbar created by DisplayFusion is transparent. How do I disable this ?
I have searched but did not find any option for this.
