This is not a Chrome issue, but as we are talking about the Window movement icon I noticed that the icon is not visible if the underlying Window is using a dark theme. When you hover in the general area where the icon is then it will be visible but then disappears as you move the mouse away. Not a big deal but you might want to change the icon's background color based on the host's theme.

Chrome has never displayed an icon at the top right corner (to move the window between different screens) unless I minimized the screen.

In the latest Chrome version they have now added a place holder to show the name of the person logged into the browser and as a result even when minimizing chrome the icon to switch between windows is now no longer available. I have to drag it between my two screens. This has not affected IE or Firefox just chrome.

My chrome version is 39.0.2171.99 m

Can you advise what to do?
