Just use the "Add Library" button after selecting the My Computer source.

Similar to what others have suggested - I would create a New Library of say DisplayPhotos and point Display Fusion to that.

Here is a link which suggest Windows 7 Library support has either been implemented (and I am just having difficulty figuring out how to use Libraries) , or DF might soon support Windows 7 Libraries.
