The issue does not persist if I exit Start11. I currently have my Start button in the middle of my taskbar on my two non-primary monitors, however the Start menu itself always opens on the left side of the monitor. I'm using Start11 as well so I'm not sure if that impacts this. I've attached a picture of the behavior.

Centering the start menu is still on our list.
