This is probably similar to earlier 7.3Beta problems with setting window size in the 'Function/Custom Function Actions' section where the size that was input and the size that the window was created differed by 5-10 pixels. The problem was corrected there so it looks like a similar correction needs to be implemented in the BFS.SetSize and BFS.SetSizeAndLocation scripting functions.

As an example, I created a script that called BFS.SetSize (window, 1000, 1000) and applied this to a command prompt window. The output shown by interactive Display Fusion (dragging the window and observing the values Display Fusion shows in the lower right corner) was 990 x 995. For the Component Services application (dcomcnfg.exe) I see a value of 994 x 997.
