This is the same setup that I have, and I can also see this issue. I had to make the monitor on the right the Primary monitor, and then try this on the left (secondary) monitor. I've added this to our list and we'll let you know when we're able to get it all fixed up!

I've also tried uninstalling startisback, uninstalling and re-installing DisplayFusion and it still happens. Though one thing I've noticed different now is when I open the menu on the very left monitor, every around 1.5 seconds it switches from being in-front of the task bar to behind it. But with right monitor is just stays behind the bar. Looks like that was a temporary bug. Could you try the latest DisplayFusion Beta (http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/) and if you can still reproduce it, let me know if there are any extra steps?

One other application includes XChat IRC client. Could you send me a debug log? Here are the steps:
  • On the Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "Logging: Important Only"
  • Restart DisplayFusion
  • Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
  • Send us the DisplayFusion.log and DebugInfo.html files (can be found by clicking the Open Log button on the Troubleshooting tab)
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

When I open the menu, it will momentarily appear to be above the task bar but then within a second go behind. I can only assume this is a bug.

At the time of posting, I'm using the latest v6.1.2 DisplayFusion and am on Windows 8.1. ]]>
