Ok, I've been testing this out here with Firefox on Windows 8.1 with DisplayFusion 7.0 Beta 5, and I can't get it to occur.
I've just maximized Firefox on the second monitor, and right-clicked near the bottom to get the context menu to overlap the DisplayFusion taskbar, and it stays above the taskbar.

Hey, I've been a user of DisplayFusion for a little while now and one thing that always bugs me is the fact that any context menus I open towards the bottom of a window will appear underneath DisplayFusion task bars rather than over them, making part of the menu inaccessible. When I open the menu, it will momentarily appear to be above the task bar but then within a second go behind. I can only assume this is a bug.

At the time of posting, I'm using the latest v6.1.2 DisplayFusion and am on Windows 8.1.
