If it is, could you disable it and try again?

Control Panel > Ease of Access Center > Make the computer easier to see > Turn off unnecessary animations

can anyone help me, windows 8.1 will not change the desktop wallpaper when it changes in display fusion. I have set the desktop wallpaper to display fusion, which changes it to the current wallpaper set in display fusion, but when display fusion loads a new image, it dose not change the windows wallpaper. ]]>
