Therefor I was using older version, where alt+tab were working OK.

I can reproduce it with Visual Studio 2015 + application I'm running/debugging with VS. Active windows is VS, I alt+tab to the application run through VS and it skips the application and move to the next window. As it somehow thinks, it is the same window as the VS.

Now I find out, that it only happens, if I have a dialog opened in the application. And then I could reproduce with any application that has dialogs open inside the main window.

Although, when I'm switching between windows in no particular order, the program sometimes either skips one or changes the order.

Is it possible to add some sort of configuration to the Alt+Tab handler? I ask because I'm experiencing something that may be a bug, or may not. The problem is that it appears to randomly choose the next window to switch to.

Example:

I have Opera, Windows Explorer and Mp3tag open in the main monitor.
I have Outlook open in the secondary monitor.

I want to switch back and forth several times between Opera and Mp3tag.

The sequence of events is as follows:

I press Alt+Tab to switch from Opera to Mp3tag --- Works fine
I press Alt+Tab to switch from Mp3tag to Opera --- Works fine
I press Alt+Tab to switch from Opera to Mp3tag --- It selects another seemingly random window to switch to.

Using the example above, that could be either Windows Explorer (on the main monitor) or Outlook (in the secondary monitor). What I'm seeing is that, for some reason, the window I want to switch to gets pulled to the first position in the Alt+Tab popup instead of being to the right of the current window.

I can reproduce it over and over. It happens consistently. Could you possibly look into that?
