@Donald: Ok, it doesn't sound like DisplayFusion is causing it to start non-maximized then, as it happens when DisplayFusion isn't running as well. However, you could try creating a Window Location rule (<a href="http://www.displayfusion.com/Help/#settings-windowlocation" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><b>http://www.displayfusion.com/Help/#settings-windowlocation</b></a>) in DisplayFusion for Outlook 2013 to force it to start maximized.<br/>
<br/>
Please let me know if you have any questions about creating the Window Location rule.<br/>
<br/>
Thanks!

I am using Display Fusion v4.3 on 64 bit Windows 7 with all the latest patches on a Dell Latitude E6410. When connected to a second monitor, and I start Outlook 2013, Outlook will not open full screen, even though it was closed when in full screen. When I'm not attached to the second monitor, Outlook 2013 behaves as expected and opens in full screen.
