It appears that snap to edge works on rainmeter panels, which tends to cause some interference in their placement. Im not sure if theres a way to prevent the snap feature from working with rainmeter panels, but it isn't needed as rainmeter has its own built in snapping functionality.<br/>
(the panels aren't valid snap targets, but they can be snapped to the edges of the desktop work area)<br/>

I mean the user can always turn off display fusion when modifying their layout... but if the situation can be fixed easily, its better than everybody having to spend 10~ minutes figuring out to temporarily disable the snapping feature
