I'm running DF 9.9 on Windows 11 and I'm trying to find the settings for the following, but having some trouble:<br/>
<br/>
<ul class="ListBullet">
<li>When pressing the Start key on the keyboard, I'd like the Start Menu to open on the monitor that the mouse cursor is on.</li>
<li>When launching a program from the Start Menu, I'd like the program to appear on the monitor it was launched from, not the last known location.</li></ul>
