Last Monday we released a new DisplayFusion beta version (<a href="http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><b>http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/</b></a>) and this has now been implemented. To enable it, enable the "Move newly opened application windows to the current monitor" option on the Settings > Window Management tab.<br/>

This does not happen if you search for a program via the start menu and click the icon that is displayed.<br/>
<br/>
It also does not happen if you middle click a window on the task bar to open a new instance.  Windows open on the monitor where an instance was last closed on instead of the monitor they were launched from.
