So, long story short, this is on our list, but we still need to do some more investigating to see if it's possible to do :)

I'll be sure to post an update if/when we're able to get it fixed up.

Obviously I could use the built in transparency in Displayfusion, but not only does that make the icons transparent, but only works when you're not hovering over the taskbar.
I'd love the option to have the same transparency as the built in taskbar. :) ]]>
