I've confirmed this behaviour here as well. It seems to work if you specify a Monitor Profile in the Match Conditions, but not if you leave it blank.   • I have tried a number of different actions with this event, and none of them execute.
  • I've confirmed that Triggers are working by assigning the same actions to a different event such as Window Created; all actions execute as expected.
