Sometimes, when moving a Chrome window to my second monitor, the button is not there and is unclickable, although it is obviously still there as other windows moved afterwards leave a gap which is the chrome window, and I am able to alt-tab to it.

Is there a reason for this that I'm missing or is there a way to fix this?
