It's all applications. If I move, or launch an application on the secondary monitor, and maximize it the DF functions are no longer visible. If the application is restored to the minimal size the DF functions are present.

Though when the application is positioned on the secondary monitor, while maximized the titlebar functions do not display, however, the titlebar function buttons display when the application is shrunk down.

For example, firefox, I have a titlebar function to move and resize proportionally to other monitor set which will only appear when the application is restored down. When firefox is restored down, the function button appears on the titlebar but does not display an onhover highlight. ]]>
