After switching orbs a few times to test if it was a problem with specific orbs, it fixed itself. Now it's working perfectly!

I can make the orb size right, but the spacing along the edges is way off.

edit. Displayfusion seems to have some issue with every start orb I use... Going from left to right in the default Startisback start orbs:

1: Doesn't change when hovered over or clicked.
2: Likes to cut off the right side of the orb sometimes
3: Shrinks the orb like my custom orb, AND misaligned the spacing around it.
4: Messes with the glow when hovering or clicked, causing the glow to look like a square.

However, you can adjust the scale in the DisplayFusion Settings > Advanced Settings window. To start, try setting the Taskbar > Start Button Scale option to something like 0.5, then tweak it from there.

You'll need to reload the taskbar each time you change that setting, which you can do by right-clicking the taskbar and navigating to Multi-Monitor Taskbar > Position > Bottom.
