e.g. MS Outlook new message window that pops up on a separate monitor than the one the main application window is open on.

THAT would be nice. The SAS scan icon is in the 2nd monitor taskbar. On activating, the scan window opens on the 2nd monitor. However, the update window opens on the primary monitor. (I have SAS settings that requires SAS to update its definitions prior to starting the scan.
