Ahhh, I didn't realize you were running Windows XP. My bad. That's actually always been that way in XP, for some reason Windows wants to create the button on its taskbar every time a window gets focus, so we have to remove it really quickly every time. The application is on the secondary monitor. The taskbar "shimmy" is on the primary monitor and appears to be due to the application appearing briefly (milliseconds) on the primary monitor's taskbar. Occasionally, the application will appear on the primary taskbar before disappearing. Rapidly switching between Dexpot desktops is the best way I was able to reproduce.

I am trying to use Displayfusion (trial version) with Dexpot.
