You can also quit Skype from the icon in the system tray, and if you don't like the icon being on the taskbar all the time, just disable the "Keep Skype in the taskbar while I'm signed in" option in the Skype Advanced Settings.

I can't wait for jump lists! Some programs (such as Skype) don't actually exit when you try to exit the program. I have to use the jump list to "quit" instead of "exit", so I have to move Skype to my primary monitor whenever I finish.

I will eagerly wait the release with jump list support.
