The Chrome window shrinks by 1px when it loses focus, causing it to no longer be treated as a full screen application. At any rate, I was able to reproduce this issue with the Windows taskbar, and it seems you can work around it by clicking outside of the video on the other monitor, and then clicking back onto the video.

As for the DisplayFusion taskbar, it seems to hide behind the video no problem after I move it (after a small delay). When I use Ctrl + Win + X to move it to the other monitor, the DisplayFusion taskbar drops behind it (as it should) in about 10 seconds. Does yours never drop behind?

If not, could you send me a debug log?

Enable debug logging on the Troubleshooting tab (set it to Logging: Important Only) and click Apply
Restart DisplayFusion
Reproduce the issue (please note the time so I'll know where to look in the log file)
Attach the %appdata%\DisplayFusion\DisplayFusion.log file to this topic (can be found by clicking the 'Open Log' button on the Troubleshooting tab)
Disable debug logging after sending me the log

I found one edge case where that isn't the case.

If I open up a fullscreen window in one display (ex a fullscreened YouTube window) and I send it to the other display (with Win+Shift+Left) then the Taskbar on the other display won't get behind the window in question.

This happens on both the DF and Windows Taskbars.

I know it's reaaaaaaly edge case and out there, but I just thought I'd point it out in case there's something that could potentially be done. ]]>
