Beta 2 feels like it has fixed this mouse problem. Thus far I am not experiencing the jerky, bumpy behavior since installing Beta 2. I did activate the "Use Internal Wallpaper Processing" on installing Beta 2.

It sounds like the mouse hooks are the issue for you. I'll be adding some more troubleshooting features into Beta 14 to try and track down these issues, sorry about that.

I've noticed the delay in B13 as well. It almost feels like the mouse "snags" on something in the few seconds around the wallpaper change. I've set mine to 10 minute intervals, and I notice it on every change.

Since updating from Beta 12 to Beta 13, the mouse pointer gets very slow and jerky during the 2-3 second period that DF is changing to a new wallpaper. I never noticed this on previous versions.

My wallpapers are stored locally on my Intel SSD drive which is the primary system (C:\) drive. ]]>
