Scratch that, I still notice the issue with Notepad...though it seems to work now with Firefox.

Here's some more information:

• When the problem occurs, the primary monitor taskbar briefly appears, then disappears (flickers). It's like focus is being switched, but immediately recaptured by the RDP application.
• The machine RDP is connected to is Windows 7. The application being used within the remote session doesn't seem to affect the results.
• I can sort of work around the problem by switching to another application window using the secondary monitor taskbar. This regains focus from RDP, and I can then switch back to the original application window.
• This problem is annoying primarily in two cases: first, when I click from RDP to Firefox and try to use the mouse wheel to scroll a page, and second, when I click from RDP to a web form and try to type something. Now that Firefox doesn't seem to be affected, it is not as big of an issue for me, but I'm sure it will still get in the way on occasion

If I disable the DisplayFusion Multi-Monitor Taskbar, the issue goes away. I've only noticed this issue in Vista, I have not noticed it on my Win7 machine.

I'm using Display Fusion v3.4.1

I've confirmed this with both Firefox and Notepad as the target application on the secondary monitor. It seems the application must be maximized, however - no problems with normal windows.

Finally, I doubt it's relevant, by my primary monitor is connected via DisplayPort, while the secondary is connected via DVI.
