The good news is that we are able to detect when a process is launched with command line parameters.

The bad news is that it doesn't work for applications that open new windows as part of the same process. Chrome does this, so then what happens is if any Chrome window (regular, or Application Shortcut) is already open, the other Chrome Window Location rules won't apply.

We did our best to try and work around it but didn't have any luck. We've left the feature in anyways so that it can be used with other applications still (i.e. notepad.exe "path-to-text-file").

It may not be possible to detect whether a window was launched with command line parameters, but we'll check it out and I'll keep you posted.

Alternatively, you could create the Chrome Application Shortcut as a shortcut on the DisplayFusion Taskbar for the monitor that you want it to launch on.

I was wondering if it would be possible to add the option to use Command Line Arguments in the Window Location feature. I see this option is available with Taskbar Shortcuts but not for Window Location. I think it would be useful because whenever I launch Chrome Web Apps in separate windows, they never appear where I want it to be and I constantly have to drag it manually to a desired location. I think Display Fusion would be a viable solution to this repetitious task.
