I use Displayfusion in conjunction with Fences to be more organized. Whenever I load a desktop icon profile, the icons are moved to their correct place. However, when I double-click any desktop shortcut, the icons are moved to a different location, and even the fence I use is changed. I do not have this problem when Fences is disabled.

I should note that I use a monitor profile that disables my primary monitor and sets my secondary monitor as the main. My primary monitor resolution is 1920x1200, and my secondary is 1280x1024

This is how the icon layout should look, and how it appears when I first load the profile:

And here is how it is changed after running a desktop shortcut:

Not sure if there's anything we can do from our end, but I'll definitely test this out. Are you running Fences 2.0?

Thanks!

Just a quick update, I was able to reproduce this issue and I've added it to our list to investigate further. We'll be sure to let you know if we're able to fix it from our end.

Thanks!

I have exactly the same problem on my work computer but not on my home one which is configured in a similar way.

I'm using Fences 2.10 and the latest df beta.

Just spent a productive 10 minutes, and it seems that if you use the windows function to layout icons on a grid they wont move.

Hope this helps some one else,

John
