I want to know if there is something I am missing in the settings. I would like to the notification section including the clock off of the 2nd and 3rd taskbar is have on my setup. if there is no current way then I would like that added to the software sometime in the near future

Right click on the taskbar that you want to remove the clock etc. Click on Multi-Monitor Taskbars there you find the settings for the items you want to display or hide.
