I can change size of pinned (shortcut) icons within advanced settings, but I can't seem to change the size of active programs. How do I change that? The active program icon sizes did not grow with the custom task-bar height I set.

Also is there a way to use a more high res image for the startbar button? When I scale the size it gets blurry.

Looks like you're using font scaling, which might be causing the buttons and Start button to look wonky. Could you send me a copy of your troubleshooting info?
  • Open the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the Copy to Clipboard button
  • Open Notepad, paste the text, and save the file
  • Reply with the text file attached

Thanks! It looks like we would need to add an Advanced Setting for the button height, as you mentioned.

Regarding the Start button icon, I'm not sure why yours looks distorted. When I set my taskbar height to 53 (same as yours) it still looks normal to me :(

Is there a config file I can set the button height in the meantime? Thanks!

Also would it be to much trouble in a future release have the buttons/pinned items scale with the height of the taskbar by default?

What resolution are you looking at the Start Button with i'm at 1440p and I can see that it looks a little off.

There isn't currently a manual way of setting the button height, but we'll look at a way to make it automatic.

Regarding the Start button, I tested at 1920x1080, but it shouldn't really make a difference. I'll re-test at 1440p though.

No issues at 1440p either. Do you have scaling enabled? You can check in the Screen Resolution settings, by clicking the "Make text and other items larger or smaller" link.
